We are a Kingdom Church that is big on people, City and God. Our actions speak. Helping people practically is us. ‘Our Place’ matters to God and it matters to us! We take responsibility for ‘our place’ and are connecting and contributing to it.

‘Hands towards humanity, Hearts towards Heaven’. We know it is the God factor that changes everything.

Ahh there’s no frills here… our times together are simple, real and at times pretty raw. We have a range of people from professionals to former addicts and everyone in between. Real people with powerful and inspiring stories.

At Central we want to keep life uncluttered, so we try and keep things simple. We’re not perfect or polished nor do we have great programs, but we do want to grow in our love of God, be a committed, passionate faith community and reach the people of Wollongong who are looking for God and want to express their faith in a simple, meaningful way. Central is a safe space to explore, question and practice spirituality, to learn how to belong in messy, beautiful community, and get active alongside others in bringing God’s kingdom to earth.

GLENN & PETINA MAYBURY CORNERSTONE CHURCH

ABOUT CORNERSTONE CHURCH

Cornerstone Church is led by Glenn and Petina Maybury who have been there for 18 years and their ministry includes work with Indigenous / Aboriginal people. They run ‘Cornerstone Kitchen’ every Tuesday evening where a free meal is provided. They are also involved in the local ministers fraternal and overseas missions.

They joined Pioneer Network Australia (then Ozreach) in 2007.

Church was never designed to live around a meeting; it is however designed to live around people.

CHURCH33 is led by Dennis and Tam Van de velde and meets Friday evenings at 6pm at Kendall in an Organic Life format.

Recharge will always be a safe, relaxed place for people with a missional heart to be connected, encouraged, challenged, discipled, and cared for through God’s grace and unconditional love!

We Love God and we Love People – this is why we meet together and is why we run the non-profit organisation Lifeboat 14

Phil and Janne McCorkell lead the church along with a great team who are passionate about people and their community.

ABOUT THE FATHER’S TABLE

The Fathers Table runs a community outreach providing meals, food hampers and basic clothing to those less fortunate in Wyong and surrounding areas.

Jed and Sue Clarke lead and love their church and charity work with Father’s Table.
